The National Bureau was incorporated in 1935. Initially, we specialized in real property cost estimating and valuation services. Early on, we became ad valorem
specialists, serving industrial and
commercial clients.

By the mid-1950's, our efforts were
directed beyond Illinois as we became
a national ad valorem consulting
company, handling real and personal property tax issues for corporate clients.

 

We are an employee-owned company
with an average staff experience of more
than 20 years. In just our third
generation of company leaders, we have
maintained the high standards established by our forebears.
